Remember Baby Vapor from here [link] and here? [link] Well, after spending who knows how many millenia as a baby, he finally grows up. Except you probably don't want him to grow up. You see, he only does so when the world is coming to an end. His older sister (ice elemental) and brother (water elemental: Levi) have passed away through the melting of the polar ice caps and the drying of the oceans. It's so hot, only vapor remains. While he was a very cheerful baby, he becomes very somber after the death of his siblings. And sometimes it seems like he's fighting a losing battle. The logo in the bottom left reads "HHO III" (as in H20, the third) - I being ice, II being water, and III being vapor/steam.
